Do you have experience and knowledge of transport and warehouseplanning? Then we are searching for you! For a company whos based in Tilburg we are looking for an Inbound / Outbound Employee. Our client is a producer of products in the foodindustry.


Functieomschrijving

Your main responsibilities are:

• Responsible for inbound/outbound controls and documentation (for example shipping documents, delivery note, CMR).
• Responsible to communicate any quality or safety related issues to the respective contact and management.
• Support in outbound transportation in terms of communication with customers and transport agents.
• Inform NLC Management and/or Quality when technical errors occur which require an advanced expertise.
• The in- and outbound will be organized according to work instructions. Qualitative parameters are to be monitored in accordance with the quality and testing instructions. The implementation of the requirements should generally aim to achieve an economic optimal level of quality of our products. The creation or modification of instructions is done by the Quality department or the NLC Management.
• Deviations from quality standards are to be immediately reported to Quality department and/or NLC Management.
• Next to this, for quality tests, random checks must be done.
• In case of process changes, independent action must be taken for implementation and the responsible departments must be informed in a timely manner. 
• Giving the team work instructions. Therefore professional and disciplinary leadership is needed.
• Briefing new staff and regular training with corresponding documentation.
• Contact for authorities after normal working hours on the production site.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the entire in- and outbound area.

Functie-eisen

You are:

• Finished secondary school. A heftruck and EPT certificate are a must. Commercial training.
• Experience in a similar environment is a must (warehouse or logistic department)
• Knowledge of transport and warehouse planning and control
• Experience in working with the PC (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of English language is a must
• Experience in the field of industrial hygiene food production is a pre
• Planning ahead, awareness of potential shortfalls, and trouble shooter
• Physically in good shape
• Team spirit, outstanding awareness of his responsibilities and the needed quality
