Your new workplace is an international leader in comprehensive conveyance solutions. A company that keeps on pushing past boundaries of traditional conveying systems with the revolutionary invention of modular plastic belting, and continue to move beyond industry standards.They have offices and plants all over the world. You will be working for the Amsterdam office. The office is situated in Amsterdam Zuidoost and easy to reach by car as well as by public transport.

For an international leader in comprehensive conveyance solutions, with a big plant in Amsterdam Zuidoost, I am looking for a Customer Service representative / Account representative native French.Important for this role is that you have a technical background and you speak both, French and English, native. This vacancy is based on permanent placement.In the role of Customer Service Representative / Account representative you will manage your accounts through reactive and proactive telephone contact, working with an industry-focus team to maintain and grow sales.How does a normal working day as Customer Service Representative / Account representative look like;(rood-) You provide service to the customer requests for quotes and orders witch you will receive through multiple communication channels.(rood-) You assist customers with accurate transaction and industry specific product information.(rood-) You provide conveyor recommendations and technical assistance for conveyor belting solutions.(rood-) You build and expand customer relationships and help ensure replacement and increase business.(rood-) You co-manage accounts in coordination with multiple team resources.In this role you work from Monday to Friday from 08:30 am 05:00 pm.
Functie-eisen
The ideal candidate has knowledge about and a passion for technic. Besides that you have experience in International Customer Service.You speak fluent French and English.You have strong communication skills (verbal and written). You are customer focused and curiosity and strong interest in emerging technologies, especially, but not limited to, conveyor belting solutions.What do we offer you?(rood-) a contract with our client.(rood-) Salary indication between € 2.200,- - € 2.500,- brut per month based on fulltime (40 hours per week).(rood-) 8,33 % holiday payment.(rood-) 24 days annual leave per year based on fulltime.(rood-) Travel allowance.(rood-) Great position within a fast growing company.Please apply today by clicking this apply button.
